Chris has been in the home building business for six years; he began focusing on custom kitchen and bathroom remodeling. With customer satisfaction and experience under his belt, he began focusing exclusively on custom home construction. Chris works directly with each customer from start to finish, ensuring consistent communication.

Robert Creasman, Project Manager

Robert brings construction knowledge and project management to the table. Working primarily with contractors and vendors, Robert's goal is to keep each project running smoothly.

Tracy Monk, Interior Designer

Tracy, a professional interior designer, is available to guide all of our clients through the selection process. From colors and cabinets, to faucets and lighting, Tracy helps each client create a beautiful home.

Meredith Rutland, LEED AP, Drafting/Rendering Specialist

Meredith Rutland is a professional designer who specializes in computer aided and hand drafting and rendering. Meredith holds a bachelor's degree in furnishings and interiors from the University of Georgia. Recently, she became a LEED Accredited Professional therefore your projects with Structures can now be both beautiful and eco-friendly!
